The property was clean with knowledgeable and accommodating staff. The room I stayed in was newly decorated and large with a queen size bed & love seat. Everything was brand-new, nevertheless a few employees were very unfriendly. I loved how favourable the location was. Moreover, the area was GOOD.

The inn, new mexico, had a decent room with comfy double beds. It's close to some great mexican food, a nice surprise. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the barbecue facilities available .

The Inn in Carlsbad had a comfortable vibe. The room was clean and pretty updated. I liked the friendly staff who offered great recommendations for local dining. The location was super convenient-close to stores and just a short drive from Carlsbad Caverns National Park. The double beds felt cozy too. The traffic noise was noticeable at times, especially during the night. It kept me awake occasionally and distracted from an otherwise nice stay.
